No.19 Projects Ltd is a privately owned construction company specialising in residential projects in South and West London, ranging from kitchen and bathroom makeovers and structural alterations to more comprehensive reconstruction work.
Whilst having only recently been incorporated, the company's principal owner, Samantha Thornton, has worked in the residential field for over 25 years, more recently as a developer on her own account and a project manager for clients.
Samantha identified the difficulty property owners often face and the nervousness and anxieties they experience when seeking to appoint reliable building contractors and consultants.
No.19 Projects Ltd seeks to provide a more customer focussed offering. It prides itself on developing strong relationships with its clients, initially by working with them closely to fully explore and examine the scope of works required and then liaising and communicating with the client throughout the construction phase.

We are able to provide a 'one-stop-shop' service, procuring the additional expertise of professional consultants such as architects, structural engineers, planning advisors and party wall experts, should this be attractive to the client. Alternatively, we can work alongside incumbent advisors taking on a construction role only.
RENOVATION, EXTENSION AND AND REFURBISHMENT PROJECTS
Renovation, extension and refurbishment projects are our forte. That said, few scopes of work are too small for us and we are able to swiftly resource most jobs with our pool of skilled tradesmen.
